Continuing Education

Continuing Education is essential to South Carolina bail agents. Our members are service professionals within the bail bonding industry. As we reinforce skill sets to remain current with knowledge and laws needed to provide the best possible standard for our industry, the SCBAA conducts scheduled classes with approved criteria for continuing education.

Under the authority of the South Carolina (DOI) Department of Insurance, all bail agents are required to complete mandatory (CE) continuing education classes each year to stay within regulation. Failure to do so will result in any agent's license to be revoked.
