Political Action Committee Fund

Our Political Action Committee has been organized to donate & contribute campaign funds to elected individuals that support our cause. The SCBAA bail society is the driving force behind the PAC Fund by supporting our lobbyist efforts, and paying for their services.

To become a member of the SCBAA bail society, bail agents & individuals must contribute $100 annually to our PAC Fund. Companies/corporations must contribute $500 annually to our PAC Fund or Lobbyist effort.

SC Law prohibits any contribution larger than $3500 per election cycle to PAC Funds. PAC Funds are limited to $1000 contribution to local candidates (state senators, representatives, etc.) and $3500 to statewide candidates. Individuals may not contribute more than $25 cash.
