New SC Bail Law
The new SC Bail Laws are in effect. We would love to answer your questions but it would be best to contact the SC DOI. (803) 737-6200 Several bulletins regarding the new changes is supposed to be sent out at a later date by the SCDOI. Licensed bondsmen and runners will received them personally if your email and mailing address is correct on the NIPR system. We will post them as they are sent out. Remember, it is a violation if your info is not correct with the SCDOI. Please see the attached information regarding the changes. As with any new law, changes and clean up language will be added.
