COMMITTEES
Legislative/By-Laws Committee:
Constructs and recommends changes in the By-Laws and state laws that regulate bail bonding.
Planning & Financial Committee:
Is responsible for all classes and conferences. Drafts proposed budgets and the planning of financial matters for the association.
Election Committee:
Shall prepare and conduct all regular and special elections.
Education & Training Committee:
Is responsible for all education and training curriculum for the association.
Grievance Committee:
Shall be the investigative committee for all grievances brought against any member of the association.
Hall of Fame Committee:
Evaluates nominations for the Hall of Fame and makes recommendations for the suitability of the nominee.
