The South Carolina Bail Agents Association Inc. (SCBAA) was registered by the SC Secretary of State September 11, 2000.  We are the leader and top provider of Bail Agent education in South Carolina.  Our mission is to protect “Secured Bail” and educate bail agents to promote a professional industry in SC.  We believe that “secured bail” is the best form of bail bonding to make sure defendants appear in court and get justice for victims.
